AI & Automation Business Partner all genders (80-100)

What exactly you will do here:

• Partner with business units to identify AI and automation opportunities translating them into concrete use cases with measurable business value
• Analyze simplify and optimize end-to-end business processes identifying inefficiencies and automation potential before enabling them with AI or automation solutions
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with technical teams to support solution design and implementation
• Develop business cases define KPIs and success criteria and support prioritization based on business value feasibility and strategic relevance
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and guide departments from ideation through implementation
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation through coaching change management initiatives and the development of a network of AI Champions

What were looking for:

• University degree in Business Administration Information Management or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in process optimization business transformation consulting or a similar environment
• Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to systematically identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Proven experience facilitating workshops managing stakeholders and supporting organizational change initiatives
• Functional understanding of AI automation and Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform Copilot and Customer Service/Customer Engagement platforms
• Ability to develop business cases and assess the value of improvement and automation opportunities
• Analytical business-oriented and solution-driven mindset with a passion for bridging the gap between business and technology
• Fluent English skills for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland
