Purpose of the job
You will be responsible for the seamless integration, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology systems, with a strong focus on Abacus, payroll and HR master data.
Acting as the link between HR, IT and Finance, you will drive digital transformation in HR processes. By leveraging HR technology, ultimately enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Your Impact in This Role
Technical responsibility and leadership for all HR staff who process salaries,
Manage and optimize Abacus and HR master data, including payroll-related processes,
Drive digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes,
Lead or support HR system implementations, upgrades and integrations,
Ensure data quality, security and compliance with Swiss regulations,
Provide second-level support and training to HR teams and managers,
Coordinate with IT, Finance and external providers,
Deliver HR reporting, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
Your Impact in This Role
10+ years of HR experience, including payroll,
In depth knowledge of HRIS, data management and digital HR processes,
Expertise in Abacus,
Sound knowledge of Swiss HR practices and labour legislation,
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills,
Ability to bridge HR, IT and business needs,
Proactive, collaborative and service-oriented mindset,
Fluent in two Swiss national languages and English.

The role requires regular travel to meet and collaborate with HR team members across these different regions.
