Your Responsibilities Employee Relations Advisory: Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations matters, providing practical and consistent guidance.

Employee Relations Case Management: Advise and support managers in handling performance concerns, misconduct, conflicts, inappropriate behaviour and absence-related issues.

Policies and Guidelines: Maintain, review and update People & Culture policies, employee handbooks, procedures and guidance materials.

Policy Communication and Implementation: Support the communication, interpretation and rollout of new or updated policies, guidelines and procedures across the organisation.

Complaints and Workplace Concerns: Receive, assess and manage employee concerns, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, conflict and inappropriate behaviour, ensuring confidentiality and timely follow-up.

Investigations: Coordinate and conduct employee relations investigations, including preparation, interviews, documentation, outcome summaries and recommendations.

Fair and Consistent Resolution: Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions, including disciplinary measures, coaching, training or other corrective actions.

Specific Requirements Strong knowledge and practical experience in employee relations, employment practices and workplace conflict resolution.

Experience in handling complaints, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations.

Ability to provide clear, practical and solution-oriented advice on sensitive employee matters.

Strong understanding of confidentiality, fairness, consistency and professional case management.

Experience in developing, maintaining and implementing People & Culture policies, procedures and employee guidelines.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and stakeholders independently while collaborating effectively across the organisation.

Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.

Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
