To achieve this, we are looking for a CEO personality with clarity, courage and passion: someone who wins people over, inspires teams and enables them to grow beyond themselves. The location can be chosen between our office in Zurich or Ecublens.

What you move

• Lead Migros Online with clear direction and entrepreneurial drive across multiple locations in the German- and French-speaking regions of Switzerland
• Develop the business further: Greater everyday relevance, high shopping frequency, a strong assortment, freshness and a shopping experience that delights customers
• Further develop fulfillment, logistics and last mile — simple, reliable, scalable and economically strong
• Expand digital strength: Use Product, Data, automation, personalization and agile software development to advance customer experience, growth, efficiency and scalability

What you will bring

• Multiple years of experience
• Responsibility for a business or business unit in the field of e-commerce, food retail, and/or online logistics
• Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
• German (Business fluent)
• English (Business fluent)
• French (Advantageous)
• Strong leadership experience across multiple levels, locations and functions
• Strong digital competence: You have experienced or helped shape agile software development, Product teams, data-driven steering and automation
• Startup mindset and entrepreneurial way of thinking: You feel at home in a dynamic online environment, act pragmatically, non-politically and solution-oriented, and have a real drive to make things happen
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Humour, passion, positive energy and the ability to give people direction, trust and appetite for more
