INUIKII is a dynamic international footwear brand known for combining distinctive design with comfort, quality, and functionality.
To support our continued growth and the expansion of our operations into new markets, we are looking for a Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Zürich. We are looking for a Fulfillment Team Lead to own the path from confirmed wholesale order to delivered goods.
You will lead a small fulfillment team, act as the operational counterpart to our wholesale partners, and manage the external network — 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders and carriers — that physically moves our collections. This is a hands-on managerial role reporting to the COO.
Aufgaben
Wholesale order management
- Own the wholesale order book from confirmation to delivery — allocation, release plans, delivery windows and cancellation deadlines per season
- Act as the day-to-day operational contact for wholesale accounts, agents and distributors — order confirmations, delivery schedules, reorders, claims and returns
- Coordinate with Sales on pre-orders, replenishment and key-account priorities, and give them a current view of what ships when
- Manage customer billing
3PL and warehouse management
- Manage our third-party logistics partners as a performance relationship — SLAs, KPIs, inbound and outbound accuracy, stock integrity, cycle counts and periodic reviews
- Own inbound planning from production into the warehouse network, and outbound release to customers
- Resolve discrepancies, damages and service failures, and prevent their repeats
Freight forwarding and transport
- Ensure export and shipping documentation is complete and correct across Swiss and EU flows — incoterms, export documents, commercial documentation
- Monitor shipments in transit and communicate proactively when plans change
Systems, data and reporting
- Own fulfillment data in the ERP — order accuracy, stock accuracy, delivery status
- Identify and implement process and system improvements that reduce manual work and error rates
Qualifikation
- Completed commercial or logistics vocational training; Swiss Federal Diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Supply Chain is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation and customs procedures for Swiss–EU trade, gained through hands-on application rather than training alone
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, distribution or order-to-cash (O2C), gained in either an SME or a multinational — ideally within fashion, apparel or consumer goods wholesale.
- Proven track record managing order processing, billing and 3PL service provider relationships end-to-end.
- Highly proficient in ERP/order management systems, with the judgment to spot data issues before they become operational problems
- Excel fluency at an advanced level, comfortable building and maintaining reporting tools independently
- Calm under pressure, precise with detail, and direct in communication
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Benefits
- A diverse and dynamic role in a growing Swiss fashion brand
- Flat hierarchies and room to shape your area of responsibility
- A creative, international environment based in the heart of Zürich
- Employee discount on all INUIKII products
INUIKII is a dynamic, fast-growing international footwear brand entering its next phase of growth. As we scale, the reliability of our fulfillment operations becomes ever more critical: getting the right product to the right partner, on time, with clean data and documentation behind every shipment. We're building a leaner, more connected operating structure across order management, logistics and our 3PL network — and this role sits right at the center of it. You'll have real ownership from day one, direct visibility to our COO, and the chance to shape how a growing brand runs its fulfillment as it matures.
