Quant Developer - DeFi & Digital Assets

We're working with a global proprietary trading firm that's been around for decades in traditional markets and has been growing fast in newer, tech-driven asset classes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping build a competitive in-house trading platform and the infrastructure behind it
• Building execution and connectivity tooling that's genuinely best-in-class
• Digging into market data and testing out trading strategies
• Keeping up with a market that moves fast, and adjusting tooling and strategy as it does

What We're Looking For

Must have: a strong base in applied maths, stats, or numerical modelling; a solid grasp of digital assets; fluency in a systems-level or specialised programming language; comfortable in a Linux R&D setup with version control; happy figuring things out independently; strong English.

Nice to have: experience in newer, tech-native corners of the financial markets; knowledge of distributed ledger architecture; time spent in a quant or systematic trading environment; smart contract design; applied cryptography.

Location & Working Style

• Based in Zug, mostly office-based with some flexibility to work from home
