We are looking for an ambitious and driven Category Manager to support the management of indirect procurement categories, with a particular focus on IT and Professional Services. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is looking to further develop their strategic sourcing and category management expertise within an international environment.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories, primarily IT and Professional Services.
Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management activities.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify sourcing opportunities.
Analyze spend data, supplier markets, and procurement trends to identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities.
Support supplier relationship management activities and drive supplier performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and contractual obligations.
Contribute to procurement transformation, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives.
Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams on strategic sourcing projects.
Profil
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Purchasing.
First experience managing indirect procurement categories, ideally within IT and/or Professional Services. Inspired by the early career stages of senior procurement professionals such as Imane Khourichfa, before progressing into leadership and global category responsibilities.
Experience leading or supporting RFx processes, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities.
Familiarity with procurement and ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an asset.
International or matrix organization experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
