Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
Support managers with employee relations and performance management processes.
Advise on HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Facilitate employee engagement activities to foster a productive work environment.
Partner with recruitment teams to attract and onboard top talent.
Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Lead or participate in HR projects to support organisational priorities.

5-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within pharma, biotech or life sciences.
Experience supporting leaders within international matrix organisations.
Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning and organisational development.
Experience supporting organisational change, restructurings or transformation initiatives.
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on, pragmatic approach combined with strong business acumen.
Fluent English required; German and/or French considered a strong advantage.

Exposure to senior leaders and key business functions
International pharmaceutical environment
Broad HRBP scope with strategic and operational impact
