- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Support managers with employee relations and performance management processes.
- Advise on HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities to foster a productive work environment.
- Partner with recruitment teams to attract and onboard top talent.
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Lead or participate in HR projects to support organisational priorities.
- 5-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within pharma, biotech or life sciences.
- Experience supporting leaders within international matrix organisations.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning and organisational development.
- Experience supporting organisational change, restructurings or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach combined with strong business acumen.
- Fluent English required; German and/or French considered a strong advantage.
- Exposure to senior leaders and key business functions
- International pharmaceutical environment
- Broad HRBP scope with strategic and operational impact
