Role Overview
The Scientific Administrative Coordinator supports the organisation, communication and operational execution of the association’s scientific and educational activities. The role ensures smooth coordination between committees, task forces and internal teams, contributing to the successful delivery of congresses, educational programmes, publications, digital learning and advocacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to scientific and educational committees and related working groups

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports and supporting documentation

Coordinate timelines, schedules and follow‑up actions for scientific and educational projects

Assist with speaker and faculty coordination for congresses and educational initiatives

Maintain and update databases, records and documentation related to scientific activities
-
Support the implementation of educational programmes and digital learning initiatives

Monitor administrative processes to ensure accurate communication and alignment across stakeholders

Gather and compile information on emerging scientific topics, trends and educational opportunities

Perform general administrative duties related to departmental activities and projects
Candidate Profile
Background
-
Degree in biomedical sciences, medical education or a related field
-
Previous experience in clinical practice (dermatology/venereology) or in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage
-
Proven ability to identify scientific trends and translate them into actionable insights
