CRM Support (m/f/d)

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

• Supports the setup and execution of email and CRM campaigns using Braze.
• Prepares, uploads, and maintains campaign content within existing templates and processes
• Assists with audience selection and campaign configuration following predefined guidelines
• Manages links, landing page connections, and content updates for newsletters and customer communications
• Coordinates and implements translated content for different markets
• Performs content entry, formatting, and campaign preparation tasks
• Conducts quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are accurate and error-free before launch
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather and implement campaign requirements.
• Maintains campaign documentation and supports process improvements where appropriate

In order to be considered for the role, the ideal candidate must have:

• Prior experience in digital marketing, CRM, campaign operations, or a comparable administrative support function.
• Exposure to email marketing and CRM tools; experience with Braze is considered an advantage.
• Experience working within an international business environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Braze or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Previous involvement in the execution and support of email marketing campaigns.
• Basic understanding of HTML email templates
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work
• Ability to follow established processes and work independently
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
