Advise on sustainability, HSE, human rights and responsible business programmes.
Support regulatory compliance initiatives and legal risk management activities.
Monitor European legislative and regulatory developments and assess business impact.
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
Provide employment law advice on contracts, labour relations and HR matters.
Support corporate affairs and communications teams on legal and reputational topics.
Assist stakeholders with policy development, governance and implementation projects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Lawyer with Swiss bar admission (desired); LL.M. or equivalent viewed favourably.
Approximately 3-5 years' post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house legal function.
Exposure to several of the following areas: sustainability, HSE, human rights, employment law, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
Fluent English plus professional proficiency in German or French; Spanish is advantageous.
Experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
Collaborative stakeholder manager with a pragmatic commercial mindset.
Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
