YOTEL Geneva Lake has 237 rooms where design equals comfort in every one of our smartly designed rooms. Each equipped with YOTEL’s signature SmartBed – adjustable for relaxing, working or sleeping, every element of the room is sleek and modern. The hotel also offers a 24/7 fully equipped gym for hotel Control (reception) is the hub of all activity at our hotel. Use our self-service kiosks to check-in and out under a minute or guests can speak to our always on-hand crew. We will also give local neighbourhood tips, emergency supplies and toiletries, or extra keys and towels. Available and ready to help 24/7.

Featuring contemporary Nordic architecture, the space is designed to constantly evolve to accommodate everything from intimate dinners to large entertainment events, including sporting showcases, weddings, and product launches. About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:
Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards at all times
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present dishes to perfection
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following food safety regulations
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Contribute ideas for new menu items and improvements
The skills we are looking for are:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative presentation
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
