Join us and help strengthen our culture of quality. /ppbHow you’ll make an impact /b /ppIn this role, you will mainly: /ppLead, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 IQC professionals while driving the operational and strategic development of the function. /ppAct as site responsible and ensure adherence to the relevant standards. /ppServe as the main contact for urgent quality issues and ensure fast, effective communication with operations, suppliers, and customers. /ppDevelop, and improve inspection plans for incoming materials. /ppPromote a culture of quality and continuous improvement by using data, KPIs, and visual management tools. /ppBuild strong relationships across the organization and strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders. /ppRecruit, develop, mentor, and support quality professionals while ensuring effective succession planning. /ppEnsure that measurement equipment is maintained, calibrated, and available for reliable inspection activities. /ppDrive improvement initiatives together with production, logistics, RD, sourcing, and other functions to achieve sustainable quality improvements. /ppbYour background /b /ppTo be successful in this role, you bring: /ppA Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. /ppMore than five years of experience in quality management, project management, program management, or similar functions. /ppLeadership experience or a strong interest in leading and developing people. /ppExperience in quality management, manufacturing operations, lean principles, continuous improvement, and visual management. /ppSix Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage. /ppStrong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken. /ppGood knowledge of SAP, ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment. /ppbMore about us /b /ppWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
