As our Global Learning Development Lead, you will shape and deliver the global learning agenda for approximately 6,000 employees across regions, functions, and business divisions. This is a highly visible role that combines strategy, transformation, leadership development, and hands‑on execution to build the capabilities needed for today and the future. /p pbYour Responsibilities /b /p ul liOwn, further develop and execute our global Learning Development strategy aligned with business, talent, and culture priorities. /li liLead the learning workstream of the global HRIS/LMS implementation, including governance, processes, adoption, and reporting. /li liDesign, govern and deploy Stäubli's global leadership development framework. /li liDrive AI literacy (and other future-skills initiatives), promoting responsible and impactful use of AI across the organization. /li liBuild and coordinate a global learning network, partnering with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and functional as well as local learning stakeholders. /li liMeasure learning effectiveness, manage external vendors and budgets, and continuously improve the global learning portfolio. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Learning, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. /li li10+ years of progressive experience in Learning Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Capability, including global or multi-country initiatives. /li liProven experience developing and implementing LD strategies linked to business priorities and measurable outcomes. /li liStrong expertise in leadership development, learning design, and adult‑learning methodologies and program delivery. /li liExperience leading HRIS, LMS, or learning technology implementations from design through launch and adoption. /li liExposure to AI literacy, digital upskilling, or future-skills programs is highly desirable. /li liDemonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading initiatives in a matrix or decentralized organization. /li liFluency in English (C1) is required.
