•Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard
• Contribute ideas and help develop creative signature drinks
• Create a warm, attentive and personal guest experience
• Work independently and confidently behind the bar
• Take responsibility for mise en place, set-up, service and closing
• Support the team with cleaning, dishwashing and runner duties when needed
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality and safety at all times
