Commercial Lead (m/f/d) - Sales Market CH based in Zürich

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Commercial Lead, you drive the omni-Sales Market commercial agenda together with the Commercial Manager for relevant customer groups. You lead planning, execution and follow-up of commercial activities to strengthen customer value, sales performance and alignment with global and local priorities.

You will:

• Drive the omni-Sales Market commercial agenda and planning together with the Commercial Manager for relevant customer groups.
• Provide bottom-up input to commercial planning and demand planning per channel, and contribute to pricing and package planning with the wider Commercial team.
• Drive in-season sales planning and follow-up, using the latest sales and demand insights to recommend commercial actions.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Planning on inventory-related topics, including article selection for tactical activations, to support execution in line with plan and recommend adjustments where needed.
• Secure campaign readiness, commercial priorities and assortment approach across channels.
• Support the execution of tactical activations and coordinate closely with E-com Leads and Visual Merchandising to deliver strong customer-facing execution.
• Follow up performance through store and site visits, collect insights and share best practices.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate with the Commercial Manager, Sales Market teams, Supply Planning, E?com Leads, VM and Store teams to secure aligned planning and execution. You will work cross?functionally with global teams and SM functions to deliver customer?centric commercial performance and insights.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field (meriting but not mandatory).
• 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce or retail merchandising, preferably across both online and offline.

And people who are…

• Skilled in merchandising (omni), commercial and eCommerce knowledge.
• Strong in analytical ability, including experience using commercial KPIs to drive decisions.
• Strong in planning, prioritisation and communication.

This is a full-time position based in Zurich, with a hybrid work model of four days per week in the Support Office and one day per week working from home.
