To complete our team, we are looking for, at our Noville site, a

CIVIL ENGINEERING MANAGER (m/f) 80-100%

Profile

• Federal certificate of capacity (CFC) as a civil engineering draughtsman / civil engineering technician or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in professional IT tools (Messerli).
• Knowledge of SIA and VSS standards.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical installation safety would be an advantage.
• Several years of experience in managing a civil engineering construction site desired.
• Knowledge of public procurement.
• Ability to organise oneself while working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Natural ease in interpersonal contacts and social skills.
• Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project development (civil engineering part).
• Prepare and award tenders, quotes, and bids.
• Lead and coordinate civil engineering works ensuring follow-up.
• Enforce working methods and ensure compliance with safety measures.
• Establish measurements and monitor invoices.
• Guarantee deadlines, quality, and budgets of assigned works.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager(s).
