Business Analyst/IT Project Manager

Company Description Our client is a player in the construction sector recognised for its ability to innovate and modernise its tools and processes. Present on several sites in French-speaking Switzerland, the company develops technological solutions to support its operational activities. Driven by a strong project culture, it is now looking to strengthen its IT division by recruiting a IT Solutions Specialist to support the development of its business tools. Job Description Reporting to the IT team and working closely with the various business departments, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of internal digital solutions. You will operate at the crossroads of the Product Owner, Business Analyst and Project Manager functions, with a real dimension of coordination and product vision.
Responsibilities
Product vision & business expertise

• Gather and challenge the needs expressed by business users
• Translate needs into clear, value-oriented user stories
• Map and structure business processes and become their functional referent
• Participate in functional and technical design choices
• Maintain a backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap

Project management & coordination

• Develop and manage the project roadmap: definition of objectives, milestones, resources
• Coordinate internal actors and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise development, testing and deployment phases
• Ensure respect of deadlines, budget and quality of deliverables
• Communicate regularly on progress and arbitration needs

Quality, testing & change management

• Write and execute functional test scenarios (UAT)
• Validate deliverables according to business requirements
• Prepare user documentation, organise training and support change
• Collect field feedback to improve existing solutions

Profile sought

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a hybrid PO / BA / PM role
• Excellent understanding of information systems, APIs, integrations and technical environments
• Experience in the construction sector is essential
• Ability to act as a functional referent with business teams
• Comfortable interacting with developers, users and technical partners
• Mastery of project management tools and associated methodologies
• Recognised qualities of listening, communication, analysis and synthesis
• Autonomy, rigour, proactivity and strong results orientation
