Your tasks:

• Organise technical activities
• Control and monitor operational activity
• Support and follow-up in monthly maintenance activity
• Be the contact person for client managers
• Plan the work of caretakers and technicians
• Prepare and provide internal documents and for audits
• Initiate and ensure follow-up of small projects
• Participate in a rota for on-call duty
• Ensure administrative follow-up, including reporting of activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI)

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in the relevant field
• Good knowledge in building technical field and project management
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of German is an asset
• Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
• Comfortable with administrative tasks
• Strong customer orientation, strong team spirit
• Flexible regarding travel
• Good communication skills
• Driving licence
