Job Description

Work rate: 80-100%
Start date: to be agreed
Workplace: Vernayaz

YOUR ACTIVITIES:
• Provide customer service and advice, mainly by phone or in writing (emails / letters / chat)
• Actively participate in sales development in the residential multimedia sector
• Make outbound calls to promote additional products and services
• Approach new customers and propose cross-selling
• Handle complaints and retention
• Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting for Internet, VoIP, TV Box, and Mobile services

Profile sought

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
• Training in the commercial field
• Knowledge of various sales techniques
• Proven and successful experience in a Customer Service, ideally dealing with multimedia products
• Native French speaker, with a second language if possible (German or English)
• Good writing skills
