Responsibilities

Complete management of property accounting for a dedicated rental portfolio
Preparation of management statements and periodic closings
Payment of owner balances and monitoring of financial flows
Processing of supplier invoices
Monitoring and reconciliation of liquidity accounts
Management of heating statements
Participation in mandate entries and exits
Budget preparation
Administrative tasks related to the role

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience within a property management agency or fiduciary in Switzerland (essential)
Good command of a property ERP such as Quorum or equivalent (an advantage)
Organised, rigorous profile with a focus on meeting deadlines
Ability to thrive in a structured and collaborative environment
