Duration of assignment: Until the end of September

For one of our clients, a home care organisation active throughout the Canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for several Assistants in Care and Community Health (ASSC) to strengthen the teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and delegated medical-technical care at patients' homes.
• Support beneficiaries in daily life activities while promoting their autonomy.
• Observe patients' health status and communicate relevant information to the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in the development, monitoring and evaluation of care plans.
• Ensure individualised, quality care that respects patients' needs.
• Ensure care traceability and comply with current protocols.
• Collaborate with various health professionals involved in home care.

Profile

• Holder of a CFC as Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC) or a recognised foreign diploma (or in the process of recognition) allowing professional practice in Switzerland.
• Experience in home care is an asset.
• Autonomous, organised, flexible and with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Category B driving licence mandatory.
• Personal vehicle essential.
