What you can contribute to
What makes you unique
In a few words
Play a central role in the development and smooth operation of the automated data processing system for elections and votes. Within a small, highly motivated team, you will notably participate in designing the CI/CD infrastructure and thus contribute decisively to the success of an important digitalisation project in the field of political rights in Switzerland. This position is limited until the end of 2027, as it is linked to a project. If your skills justify it, it is possible to retain a position within the division for interesting cross-functional assignments at the end of the project.
What we offer
Statistics matter. To you too.
The Federal Statistical Office (FSO) is the competence centre for public statistics and the main player in the Swiss data ecosystem. It produces statistical information, works for data harmonisation through national data management and develops processes derived from data science to advance data interpretation. The FSO thus contributes to shaping public opinion and makes an important contribution to modern democratic governance.
Additional information
