Your Tasks

Welcome and accompany guests with professionalism and elegance
Organise and supervise the service in the dining room
Ensure the quality of the welcome and customer satisfaction
Manage, coordinate and motivate the dining room team
Manage the course of the service and intervene if necessary
Ensure coordination between the dining room, kitchen and management

Your Profile

Significant experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a similar position
Excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills
Leadership, organisation and team spirit
Service orientation and customer satisfaction
Ability to manage priorities and stressful situations
Dynamism, rigour and professionalism
Proficiency in English is a plus
