PMO Leader (all genders)

YOUR MISSION

• Drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the Group. You will lead the PMO team, shape project management standards, and ensure that key transformation programmes are delivered with impact.
• Lead and develop the PMO project manager team, ensuring successful delivery of strategic programmes.
• Manage and prioritise the strategic portfolio, aligning resources, timelines and business objectives.
• Act as a key interface between business operations, Group functions, IT and external partners.
• Establish project governance, standards, reporting structures and quality frameworks.
• Coach project managers and teams, driving a strong project culture and continuous improvement.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, KPIs and budgets to ensure successful strategy execution.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a strategic and hands-on PMO leader with strong project management expertise and the ability to influence across a complex organisation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Finance or related field, combined with project management certification or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years managing complex, high-value projects.
• Strong expertise in project, programme and portfolio management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, process-oriented and solution-focused mindset with business transformation experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills in international matrix environments.
• Fluent English skills required; German, Italian, Turkish or Chinese are an advantage, with willingness to travel internationally.
