We currently have a vacancy for a Client Relations Manager 100% (onsite) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your profile

• Experience in healthcare, ideally within the mental health sector.
• You take pride in an unbiased, client-centred and quality-focused approach.
• An empathetic and caring personality with strong listening skills — helping others is your calling.
• Equally motivated by individual achievement and interdisciplinary teamwork, always with the best interests of our clients and the company in mind.
• A self-starter who is never satisfied with the status quo, with a curious mindset, a willingness to explore new approaches, and a commitment to going the extra mile.
• Open-minded, socially competent and appreciative in your interactions, with the ability to work effectively with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong networking, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English (C2 professional proficiency); additional languages are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss nationality or EU/EFTA citizenship).

Your responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on enquiries from potential clients by phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify prospective clients’ needs and provide information, guidance and support to address their concerns.
• Coordinate with referring partners, partner hospitals and other services.
• Actively re-engage prospects and reconnect with passive leads.
• Exercise sound judgement when handling complex client requests while remaining flexible, compassionate and non-judgemental.
• Manage the admission, onboarding and discharge process in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and invoices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, referring professionals and business partners.
• Maintain accurate records of all client-related activities in the CRM system and manage databases of prospective, current and former clients, referring parties and business partners.
• Provide regular reports to management.
