Healthcare Assistant (ASSC) - Home Care - Canton of Neuchâtel (60 to 100%)Location: Canton of Neuchâtel (sector based on your place of residence)Activity rate: 60 to 100%Start date: As soon as possibleDuration of the mission: Until the end of SeptemberFor one of our clients, a home care organization active throughout the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for several Healthcare Assistants (ASSC) to strengthen the teams.Responsibilities- Provide basic care and delegated medico-technical care at the beneficiaries' homes in daily living activities while promoting their autonomy.- Observe the health status of beneficiaries and transmit relevant information to the multidisciplinary team.- Participate in the monitoring and updating of care plans.- Guarantee individualized, quality care that respects the needs of beneficiaries, ensure the traceability of care, and respect current protocols.- Collaborate with the various healthcare professionals intervening at home.Profile- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Healthcare Assistant (ASSC) or an equivalent diploma (or in the process of recognition) allowing the practice of the profession in Switzerland.- Experience in home care is an asset.- Organized, flexible, and endowed with an excellent sense of service.- Ability to work alone while collaborating effectively with a team.- Proficiency in French, both oral and written.- Valid driving license (Category B) and personal vehicle.Benefits- A mission within a recognized home care structure.- Flexible activity rate from 60 to 100%.- Intervention sector defined according to your place of residence, in order to optimize your travel.- Start date as soon as possible until the end of September.- Personalized support throughout your mission.- Working conditions in accordance with health standards in Switzerland.Do you wish to join a dynamic team and contribute to maintaining beneficiaries at home in the canton of Neuchâtel?
