Maintenance Technician

Undertake plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, electrical, and mechanical engineering work necessary to keep systems safe and efficient. Ensure that all work undertaken is carried out safely and in accordance with procedures Respond to all maintenance requests in order of priority defined by the establishment or on your own initiative, in close collaboration with operational teams. Conduct all required internal training for staff members Ensure that adequate spare parts are maintained and used efficiently to maintain a high and consistent level of maintenance quality. Manage stocks effectively Have a thorough knowledge of the technical configuration of the establishment with a complete record of test logs and routines. Ensure compliance with all policies related to the statutory establishment, health and safety hygiene policies, fire regulations, etc., in force in the canton of Geneva for hotel establishments Constantly develop and improve the maintenance service Commit to continuously improving the efficiency of technical systems installed in the residence, and overall energy consumption by keeping up to date with new technologies or available new processes. Be proactive in proposing improvements to quality results and achieving set objectives. Supervise and control the activities of external contractors.
