Trooper is a well established Swiss retailer specialising in outdoor equipment sport shooting gear and tactical and security equipment for police military and security professionals. Operating from its store in Zug Trooper is known for its dynamic international team of 16 people (and one dog) its deep product expertise and a strong genuine team spirit.

To support their continued growth we are looking for a

SALES ASSOCIATE OUTDOOR POLICE & SECURITY (m/w/d)

the role.

• Welcome and advise customers in store on the full range of outdoor sport shooting and tactical or security products
• Share genuine product expertise and passion helping customers find exactly what fits their needs
• Stay calm friendly and attentive at all times even during busy periods
• Contribute to a well organised welcoming shop floor
• Work closely within a close knit international team
• Be available to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule

• Passion for sales and a genuine interest in outdoor police military or security equipment
• Ideally prior product knowledge in this field or a strong willingness to build it
• Fluent German English skills are an advantage
• Team oriented flexible reliable and comfortable working independently
• Diplomatic and composed with demanding customers even under pressure
• Willingness to take on responsibility
