Espace de vie SA is an institution managing the medico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These respectively accommodate 91 and 84 residents. Approximately 100 employees are engaged at each institution.br/br/To complete the care team ofbr/br/EMS Saint-Loup , we are looking for abr/br/9-month fixed-term contract :br/br/A Qualified Nurse at 80% (40% Pool Nurse and 40% PLAISIR/PLEX Evaluator)br/br/Mission and Responsibilities: In service of the institutional project, the person is responsible for providing residents with personalised nursing care, of a preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative nature, adapted to their physical and mental condition. They contribute, through their skills and analyses, to the care and support process defined with the resident and, where appropriate, their relatives, the therapeutic representative, the attending physician and the multidisciplinary team.br/br/Qualifications and Skills: Diploma in general nursing with the right to practice in Geneva Minimum 2 years’ experience in geriatrics, psycho-geriatrics and palliative care Certificate as an evaluator of the PLAISIR and PLEX system Clinical speciality, an asset Spoken and written French Knowledge of IT and care software Good adaptability Very good analytical skills Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and service Rigour and constructive mindsetbr/br/Work Environment: The institution offers its employees a working environment promoting the principles of respect and ethics, as well as skills development.
