Founded by ETH Zurich researchers and recognized in Gartner's first-ever Magic Quadrant for AI Governance Platforms, we sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world enterprise needs. /ppWe co-developed COMPL-AI, the first technical EU AI Act compliance framework, and continue to work at the intersection of advanced AI research and real-world enterprise needs. /ppTrusted by leading organizations, we are building the foundation for responsible AI adoption at scale. /ppWe are growing and looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join us in solving some of the most important challenges in AI governance today. /p pstrongRequirements /strong /p pstrongYour Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️ /strong /p pAs a Forward Deployed Engineer at LatticeFlow AI, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our platform and the complex, real-world AI environments of our enterprise customers, owning the full journey from technical pre-sales to hands-on deployment and long-term success. /p pstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliLead technical pre-sales engagements: Running demos, scoping proof-of-concepts, and proof-of-value and working alongside the sales team to close deals with confidence /liliOwn post-sale implementation end-to-end, deploying the LatticeFlow AI platform across both SaaS and on-premise customer environments /liliDeeply understand each customer's AI stack and tailor our platform components (Atlas, Evaluate, Govern, Discover) to their specific use cases and risk requirements /liliBuild custom integrations, scripts, and workflows where needed, getting your hands dirty so customers get real value fast /liliTranslate complex AI governance and compliance requirements (EU AI Act, NIST, ISO 42001) into technical solutions your customers can actually execute on /liliAct as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product insights back to our engineering and research teams /liliBuild and maintain strong technical relationships with key stakeholders across GRC, AI, and engineering teams at customer organizationsbr/li /ulpWhat you’ll bring to our team? /pulliA solid technical foundation - background in ML, software engineering, or a related field; you're comfortable reading code, working with APIs, and navigating complex AI systems. /liliExperience in executing Proof-of-Value’s and the strategy to convert prospects into customers. /liliExperience deploying or integrating enterprise software in both SaaS and on-premise environments /liliA natural sales flair - you can walk into a room, earn technical trust, and move a deal forward without feeling like a salesperson /liliStrong communication skills - able to explain highly technical concepts to both engineers and C-suite stakeholders /liliFamiliarity with AI governance, risk, or compliance frameworks is a strong plus /liliA builder's mindset - you don't wait for perfect conditions, you figure it out /liliCandidates should be comfortable working from the office and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. /li /ul pstrongBenefits /strong /p h3Why LatticeFlow AI? ⭐ /h3ulliWork alongside domain experts and leaders in their fields.
