If so, apply now!For our client, active in the family sector, we are recruiting an HR Specialist for a permanent position at 80% in the region.Your tasks with your new employer- You support the directors of preschool structures on all HR issues and advise them in your sector- You manage the employee life cycle from recruitment to departure, as well as all personnel administration, work contracts, correspondence, and certificates- You support the structure directors in the use of time management software and ensure the proper functioning of HR processes- You lead or participate in HR projects related to personnel administration, processes, digitalization, and skills development- You contribute to the deployment of prevention and quality of work life policies and collaborate closely with the Human Resources Department on cross-functional projects- You ensure the monitoring and analysis of HR indicators for your sector in order to support decision-making, while promoting a team-oriented and caring cultureWhat you offer your new employer- You hold a Federal Diploma as an HR Specialist or an equivalent qualification- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess solid expertise in human resources management- You have a command of labor law, HR processes, and payroll management.
