The ISFB is the Competence and Career Centre for banks and financial institutions in French-speaking Switzerland. The Institute offers specific services in the field of banking and finance in terms of Continuing Education, Certifications, Career Development, and Network Outreach. Created in 1987 as a non-profit professional association recognised as being of public utility, the ISFB currently brings together more than fifty institutions from the banking and financial sector across French-speaking Switzerland.

Training Manager (60%)

Your mission

At the heart of the operations of the professional association dedicated to the training and skills development of bankers, you ensure the coordination, organisation, and operational follow-up of ISFB products and services throughout their entire value chain.

A true interface between stakeholders, participants, and internal teams, you actively contribute to guaranteeing a quality, smooth, and professional experience, in line with the standards of excellence of the Swiss banking sector.

Main tasks

• Ensure the operational management of assigned products
• Master the products throughout their entire value chain
• Guarantee versatility between the different products in the catalogue
• Plan and organise training sessions as well as associated services
• Coordinate speakers and participants and ensure administrative follow-up
• Contribute to the optimisation of product production
• Apply internal and external quality standards
• Provide first-level advice by phone and email to a general public clientele

Your profile

• Bachelor-level academic training (law, economics, sciences)
• Excellent administrative rigour
• High sense of organisation and prioritisation
• Coordination skills and strong versatility
• Quality orientation, precision, and reliability
• Interpersonal ease and excellent oral and written communication
• Native French speaker and C1 level English
• Experience in the banking sector: a definite advantage
