BUSINESS CENTRAL CONSULTANT

Descrizione della posizione

La risorsa inserita si occuperà di:

  • Analizzare i processi aziendali e raccogliere i requisiti funzionali
  • Configurare, implementare e personalizzare Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Migrare soluzioni esistenti da Microsoft Dynamics NAV verso Business Central
  • Integrare Business Central con Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) per garantire continuità tra processi commerciali e amministrativi
  • Progettare integrazioni con sistemi aziendali e servizi cloud
  • Sviluppare report, dashboard e strumenti di analisi per il supporto decisionale
  • Collaborare con sviluppatori, stakeholder e team di progetto per garantire soluzioni scalabili ed efficaci
  • Supportare test, formazione utenti e go-live
  • Fornire supporto post-implementazione e promuovere il miglioramento continuo
  • Documentare soluzioni, configurazioni e best practice
Profilo ricercato

Requisiti:

  • Ottima conoscenza e utilizzo di Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central e/o Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018
  • Conoscenza obbligatoria di Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)
  • Esperienza nella configurazione dei moduli ERP (contabilità, vendite, acquisti, magazzino, logistica, produzione)
  • Buona conoscenza di Power BI per reporting e analisi dati
  • Esperienza con Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Buona conoscenza di SQL/T-SQL per gestione dati e query
  • Attitudine al problem solving e orientamento al cliente
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
