Physics Teacher

Physics TeacherStudya is looking for a motivated and experienced physics teacher to support students in their progress. We are recruiting primarily for our Geneva center, while also looking for teachers for our mission center.You will provide physics lessons, individually or in small groups, to students from the Cycle, middle schools, and high schools, as well as others in secondary II (student age 8-19 years...), by adapting your teaching to the level, needs, and objectives of the students.Main responsibilities- Provide physics lessons adapted to the level and needs of each student.- Support students with their homework, exam preparation, and Swiss and French curricula.- Explain scientific concepts in a clear, concrete, and accessible manner.- Strengthen foundations, develop work methods, and scientific reasoning.- Identify student difficulties and propose personalized pedagogical support.- Prepare students for the requirements of Swiss school curricula and, if applicable, French curricula.- Foster autonomy, self-confidence, and academic success for students.Profile soughtWe are looking for a serious, pedagogical person who is passionate about sharing knowledge. The person must have:- A Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent university degree in physics or a closely related field.- Excellent mastery of physics for the Cycle, middle schools, high schools, and secondary II.- Experience in teaching or tutoring.- Excellent command of French, both oral and written. (Native language level).- Good knowledge of Swiss school curricula.
