Perrin Frères SA, a key player in construction in the Lake Geneva region, is a cornerstone company within Perrin Groupe SA, bringing together over a century of expertise in structural work. Innovative, solid and resolutely forward-looking, the company operates in building, transformation–renovation, civil engineering, earthworks, demolition and road surfacing. We are looking to fill a position in our Finance and Accounting department for abr/br/: Accounting Assistant 50-100% (M/F)br/br/Your responsibilities: General accounting from A to Z and entry of routine transactions for the various companies of Perrin Groupe; Active participation in maintaining the accounts up to monthly, quarterly and annual closing operations; Management and monitoring of disputes up to legal proceedings; Contribution to the accounting processing of the various companies and financial management of consortia; Processing supplier invoices (scanning, accounting allocation, managing deadlines and payment follow-up); Preparation of financial statements in collaboration with your manager; Your profile: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training; Several years of professional experience in accounting in Switzerland, ideally in the construction, finishing or industrial sector; Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards, their application and good command of common office tools (Excel, Word); You master an accounting ERP software (knowledge of MS 2000 would be an asset); Good command of written and spoken French; Rigorous, proactive, reliable and responsible, you have good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities; Under the responsibility of the Finance Manager and in partnership with your colleagues, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate interpersonal skills to provide information to our internal and external partners.
