Reporting to the General Manager, Burger King, EMEA South, you will work at the intersection of strategy, business development and execution, managing franchisee relationships, solving business challenges and helping shape the growth of an iconic global brand across some of the world’s most dynamic and strategic markets. You will partner with franchise partners and cross‑functional stakeholders (including Operations, Development, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain) to drive commercial results and scale the business. You will gain end‑to‑end exposure across all key business levers – from operations and marketing to development and financial performance – while playing a critical role in expanding the brand’s footprint. RBI follows a 5‑day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. /ph3Roles and Responsibilities /h3ullibBe a Trusted Partner to Franchisees: /b Act as the primary bridge between corporate and franchise partners, ensuring alignment on business priorities and brand standards. Build strong, long‑term relationships and serve as the go‑to advisor across marketing, operations, development, procurement, and quality. /lilibLead Regular Business Reviews: /b Conduct performance conversations with franchise leadership teams, providing insights and driving performance improvements while ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and policies. /lilibDrive Sales Growth Profitability: /b Shape and deliver regional growth strategies, align stakeholders and franchise partners behind clear, actionable plans, evaluate marketing campaigns and digital initiatives, and provide commercial and financial insights (ROI, pricing, costs, breakeven analysis) to support key business decisions. /lilibElevate Restaurant Operations Guest Experience: /b Partner with franchisees to enhance operational excellence, focusing on guest satisfaction, speed of service, and consistency. Use data and insights to identify root causes and unlock performance improvements across digital and off‑premise channels. /lilibLead Cross-Functional Execution: /b Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, coordinating stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure execution of strategic initiatives and market priorities; act as a connector and problem‑solver to drive outcomes. /lilibDrive Network Growth Development: /b Support franchisees in expanding their footprint, manage the pipeline of openings, remodels, and closures, and proactively resolve roadblocks to accelerate development and improve asset performance. /li /ulh3Skills Experience /h3ulliAt least a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; MBA beneficial (but not required). /lili6–10 years of experience in business management, operations, strategy, consulting or corporate development; experience with QSR or franchise‑based business models is a strong advantage. /liliFluency in English and French is required. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trust and driving alignment with business partners, cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. /liliProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (ability to structure analysis and present insights clearly). /liliComfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment, both independently and collaboratively. /liliWillingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
