Assistant Private Banking (temporary)

For our client, a well-established private bank in Geneva, we are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Assistant Private Banking to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial period of three months.

Your responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Relationship Managers
• Manage client documentation and ensure accurate maintenance of client files
• Prepare account opening documentation and support KYC/AML processes
• Coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and arrange business travel where required
• Process payments, transfers, and securities-related instructions in accordance with internal procedures
• Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence in English and French
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests
• Deliver a high level of service while handling confidential information with discretion

Your profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant within Private Banking or Wealth Management
• Solid understanding of private banking operations and client documentation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with banking systems is beneficial
