Stellenbeschreibungph3About The Role /h3pWe are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Bern, Switzerland. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process, leveraging market insights, sourcing expertise, and a candidate-centric approach to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and business areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business objectives. /liliPartner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market intelligence and talent advisory support. /liliLead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer preparation, and onboarding support. /liliProactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels. /liliEnsure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. /liliUtilize Workday and recruiting analytics to track, measure, and report on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and key hiring metrics. /liliCollaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues on international searches, talent mapping, and strategic sourcing initiatives. /liliBuild and maintain effective partnerships with external recruitment agencies and staffing providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. /liliContribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness and employer branding. /liliSteer and support designated initiatives for our local Early Career program. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /liliMinimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within Switzerland or DACH region. /liliDemonstrated experience recruiting for manufacturing, production or operations environments. /liliExperience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable. /liliPrevious in-house recruitment experience is required, an additional background in executive search or business partnering is a plus. /liliStrong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools. /liliExperience working with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday. /liliStrong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. /liliFluent German and English skills are mandatory. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliCompetitive salary adn comprehensive benefits package. /liliUp to two additioanl leave days for your personal wellbeing. /liliHybrid working model with up to two days working from home per week. /liliAccess to learning and development opportunities through our CSL Academy. /liliCSL subsidized on-site canteen /li /ulpFor more information, please see our global benifits below. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
