As the world’s leading 3D printing company and the force behind transformative products like Invisalign, iTero, and our Align Digital Platform, our commitment to innovation and clinical excellence is unmatched. /p h3Department /h3 pMarketing /p h3Location /h3 pEMEA-Switzerland-HQ /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollect VOC and analyze product data and feedback to support recommendations for improvements to products and solutions, drive implementation of the changes /li liRepresent needs of the geography in which they are located and be key partner to commercial and marketing teams with respect to portfolio, adoption and lifecycle /li liPartner with the Channel teams to synthesize customer issues and barriers to adoption/utilization /li liTranslate those channel needs into user needs and product design input requirements and validation acceptance criteria /li liDrive and support requirements documentation and migration to the Aligned Elements Requirements Tool and work with the technical teams to confirm that business requirements are successfully traced through to the component level /li liMeasure product performance (KPIs) to define additional actions needed to improve utilization/adoption /li liDevelop supporting tools and materials to drive product adoption/utilization /li liWork closely with the channel teams to develop go-to-market models /li liDevelop deep expertise in the use of internal tools to help us to monitor, troubleshoot and solve customer problems and workflow challenges /li liDevelop deep expertise in the use of internal tools to help drive increased customer awareness of available features and functionality /li liDrive early feasibility studies, technical design assessments and limited market released prior to full general availability /li liWork with cross-functional teams including regulatory, clinical, finance and operations to support product needs /li liConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) /li liOther duties as required. /li /ul h3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, biology, or related field required /li liLocation: on-site, Switzerland /li li6-10 years of product management experience or equivalent /li liExcellent, articulate, and concise communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage professionally with customers. /li liSelf starter with ability to work and navigate the organization as needed with limited oversight and guidance to achieve objectives /li liFamiliarity with modern product management tools (e.g. Pendo) and AI-first mindset /li liStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills /li liAbility to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 20%) /li liComplementary skills: /li liPassionate about digital dental healthcare, strong customer focus, and an advocate for customer needs /li liA basic understanding of technology, software development, or other relevant technical aspects /li /ul h3Applicant Privacy Policy /h3 pReview our Applicant Privacy Policy for additional information. /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pAlign Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
