Real Estate Project Manager /Facility Management

Real Estate Project Manager/Facility Management vacancy for our Baden based client in the Other sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop relationships with Swiss stakeholders, finance and HR to gather headcount growth projections and support a consolidation and relocation project.


• Guide facilities and workplace operations to help create an effective and high-quality working environment.


• Support planning for the FM/IFM scope within a real estate construction project, including provider selection and contract modelling.


• Contribute to best-practice planning to help avoid high future facilities management running costs.


• Assist with hospitality definition and fit-out planning for the new site.


• Support the project from concept through to go-live, working with architects, project teams and contractors.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ professional experience in project management within commercial real estate interior construction.


• Proven experience managing the build-out of multiple commercial projects.


• Experience developing and issuing RFPs, reviewing construction drawings and submittals, and negotiating with vendors.


• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.


• Language skills: German
