We are seeking a driven and engaging personality who brings strong expertise, takes ownership, and actively contributes to the continued success of the team.# **That’s the job – Your main tasks:*** Drive MA initiatives together with the Head of MA in collaboration with the Executive Management, the business units, and our private equity investor* Identify, assess, and execute acquisition opportunities, from target identification and the management of due diligence processes through to signing and closing* Hand over the transaction to PMI following completion, ensuring a smooth transition* Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners such as legal and financial advisors, investment banks and other transaction experts* Prepare valuations, financial models, deal analyses and decision materials for the Executive Management and Board of Directors* Conduct market, company, and competitive analyses# **This job is for you if you have:*** A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field* 4-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate MA, MA advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity* Strong skills in valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis* Strong conceptual skills combined with the ability to condense complex issues into crisp key messages and to craft compelling PowerPoint presentations* The ability to cope well in fast-paced and challenging environments, handling and prioritizing deliverables across multiple workstreams* Strong communication skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders; fluent English is required, German is a plus* Experience in the Professional Services industry (e.g. consulting, IT services, business services) will be favorably regarded# **What matters to us**At Eraneos, what counts is the impact you want to create.
