You are flexible and ready to provide on-call service, including some weekends.Service Technician (100%) - Lausanne/NeuchâtelYour missions:- Ensure, within the allotted time and in accordance with quality standards, the proper technical functioning of all devices installed in the defined region, as well as participate in interventions in the key account area (including weekend on-call service)- Optimize service quality for clients while respecting quality requirements- Prepare equipment, including devices, for specific client solutions regarding draft beverage distribution systems- Install, adjust, calibrate, and test draft beverage distribution systems within the allotted time and according to technical requirements- Perform troubleshooting, overhauls, and cleaning of draft beverage distribution systems, coolers, and beverage dispensers- Perform the dismantling of draft beverage distribution systems- Carry out maintenance work on our draft beverage distribution systems- Perform tasks on time (intervention reports, work order management, client needs), then transmit them to the competent departments and relevant managers- Ensure timely processing related to devices and client requests- After successful completion of the probationary period, provide on-call service one weekend every two months (Fri./Sat./Sun. – no night work), with additional compensation of courseYour profile:- Completed CFC as an electrician, mechanic, or equivalent- Professional experience in an identical or similar role- You consider your clients as partners and accompany them with a genuine sense of service- You distinguish yourself by professional conduct as well as an entrepreneurial spirit- You enjoy working on projects- You are autonomous, service-oriented, committed, and enjoy teamwork- The position requires high availability for travel, as you will regularly intervene directly at client sites- Excellent command of German, both oral and writtenYour future employer offers you the following benefits in particular:We offer you a varied activity in a dynamic environment where you will be able to leverage and develop your skills and experience.
