Senior Project Manager – Defense sector / heavy industryYou are an engineer and wish to evolve in a demanding industrial environment, where the management of complex technical projects is at the heart of your profession?Our client, a recognized Swiss industrial player, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead technical projects intended for demanding sectors such as naval, defense, and heavy industry.Your missions- Lead complex industrial projects from A to Z.- Coordinate engineering, production, supplier, and subcontractor teams.- Ensure monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and risks.- Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the projects.- Participate in costing and the preparation of technical offers.- Guarantee the compliance of deliverables and adherence to contractual requirements.- Ensure regular reporting to management.Profile- Engineering degree in mechanics or equivalent technical qualification.- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.- Experience acquired in special machines, mechanical construction, heavy industrial equipment, lifting equipment, overhead cranes, cranes, port equipment, or similar.- Strong technical culture and experience in leading multidisciplinary projects.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Fluent French and English.- Availability for occasional travel.Why join this company?- Technical projects with high added value.- Stable company environment offering real career prospects.- High autonomy in project management. jid2a1eb7daen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
