It is committed to developing products that are environmentally friendly and sustainable.brThe Group has 8 brands : L'OCCITANE en Provence, Melvita, Erborian, L'OCCITANE au Brésil, Elemis, Sol de Janeiro, Grown Alchemist and LimeLife.brWith a presence in 90 countries, our products are distributing in more than 3,000 stores in the world.brLocation: Geneva – HeadquartersbrReporting to: Global Brand Controlling DirectorbrDuration: 6 months (Fixed-Term Contract), starting asapbrContextbrL'Occitane is accelerating the transformation of its Finance processes tools through simplification, automation and Artificial Intelligence integration.brOur ambition is to redesign the way Finance teams work by automating repetitive, manual and low-value activities, to enable them to spend less time preparing data and more time analysing business performance, challenging decisions and creating value.brAs part of our Finance transformation roadmap, and during a maternity leave period, we are looking for a highly autonomous and curious professional who will act as a Process Transformation Catalyst within the Global Brand Controlling team.brYour MissionbrOver the next 6 months, you will help transform the daily work of Finance teams by simplifying processes tools, improving automation and leveraging AI where it creates tangible business value.brWorking closely with Finance controllers, you will analyse existing processes, identify manual, repetitive and non-optimized tasks and design more automated, AI-powered solutions that improve productivity while maintaining high-quality financial outputs.brMain ResponsibilitiesbrOn a set of already identified Finance processes tools :brReview existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation.brDesign, build and test automated and AI-powered solutions combining Excel optimization, prompting, custom GPTs and lightweight scripting where relevant.brPilot prototypes with Finance users and improve them based on feedback.brMeasure productivity gains and document best practices.brHow you can fitbrWe are looking for a pragmatic problem solver who enjoys finding the simplest and most effective solution to improve Finance processes.brPrevious experience in Finance, Controlling, Audit or Business Analysis.brHands-on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, , Copilot…).brExperience improving business processes through automation, AI assistants, Excel optimization or workflow redesign.brAdvanced Excel skills (Power Query, formulas, structured workbooks, VBA is a plus).
