Then this position is for you! You transform buildings and living spaces into places that are not only functional, but also pleasant and inspiring. As a concierge, you play a key role: you maintain everything, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained, and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site.Tasks:- Maintenance of interior and exterior building surfaces- Maintenance of green spaces- Independently execute inspection tasks- Manage maintenance and upkeep activities- Ensure various requests and minor repairs are handled- Process work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets daily- Monitor and accompany work carried out by companies and implement appropriate measures for the various sectors- Manage small technical projects according to scheduleYour profile:- CFC agent or equivalent qualification- Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology)- Good experience in the management and technology of small construction sites- Proficiency in French- Good command of standard tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Driver's license (company car provided)- Autonomy, responsiveness, priority management, good sense of organization and service- Ability to work alone or in a teamReady for us?
