We are recruiting stretcher bearer transporters M/F to accompany our patients with professionalism and kindness.br/br/Stretcher Bearer Transporter M/Fbr/br/To fully succeed in this role and ensure the safety and comfort of our patients, certain conditions are necessary:br/br/You have completed an AFC or CFC training: this is a real advantage, but above all you are eager to commit yourself.br/br/You hold a driving licence and enjoy varied tasks and movement.br/br/You express yourself easily in French, with a sense of contact and listening.br/br/You are in good physical condition, comfortable with frequent movements and carrying loads, essential for the daily duties of the role.br/br/You are recognised for your reliability, sense of responsibility and team spirit.br/br/You agree to work daytime hours, according to a schedule defined in advance.br/br/To ensure a safe and compliant environment, a clean criminal record (less than 3 months old) as well as an up-to-date immunisation certificate will be required.br/br/This position is intended for Swiss citizens or residents in Switzerland, holders of a valid B or C permit (mandatory).br/br/Beyond skills, we are primarily looking for a kind, committed and motivated person for a useful and deeply human professionbr/br/To be an essential actor in the care pathway by ensuring the transport of patients within the establishment, respecting their comfort, safety and dignity.br/br/Create a trusting relationship with each patient through your listening, kindness and sense of contact, in order to offer them personalised and reassuring support.br/br/Take charge of the transport of deceased patients with respect and professionalism, rigorously applying the procedures in force.br/br/Work hand in hand with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and coordinated care.br/br/Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to contribute to the quality of service and the smooth running of the establishment.br/br/jidad8a28aaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
