Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards. Supervise on-site teams and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.). Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with current safety standards. Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the sites, including invoicing and budget monitoring. You bringbr/br/Degree in site management or equivalent training. Proven experience in site management (minimum 5 years) and in the construction sector. Ability to manage several topics simultaneously. Good experience in general contracting. Entrepreneurial spirit and team player. Knowledge of current standards and regulations. Rigour, organisation, flexibility.
