You will be based at the group headquarters located in Granges-Paccot and will join a close-knit, dynamic and passionate team, where your creativity and ideas will be fully valued.br/br/Your future responsibilities You will contribute to defining and deploying a national digital strategy aligned with the company’s values and ambitions. You will be responsible for the company’s online visibility and e-reputation by ensuring a coherent and impactful digital presence. You will create striking content (videos, infographics, illustrations, …) adapted to different types of media. You will manage social networks by planning, publishing and interacting with the community. You will participate in the continuous evolution of the website to optimise user experience and digital performance. You will analyse digital performance using tracking tools and be proactive in maximising the impact of actions taken. You will ensure digital monitoring to identify emerging trends and best practices. You will work closely with internal teams to guarantee coherence between the digital strategy and the company’s overall communication.br/br/Your profile You have training in content creation, digital communication or digital marketing. You are a native French or German speaker, with a minimum C1 level in the other language. Another language is an asset. You master the tools necessary to carry out your tasks, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Wordpress, … You are passionate about new technologies and master the latest digital trends. You have an excellent ability to tell stories and create engaging content. You are curious, creative, dynamic and love taking on new challenges. You wish to evolve in an agile environment, combining rigour and performance. You have real interpersonal skills (availability, rigour, relationship skills, charisma…).
